Resort Access Fees: The stated base daily guest fee is $260, with a peak daily fee of $365. Standard base rates apply except during designated peak periods, including spring break (March 21–April 11, 2027), Thanksgiving (November 21–27, 2027), and the festive season (December 19, 2027–January 2, 2028). Fees, access policies, amenities, and availability are subject to change at the resorts’ discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
