  • Wow, just returned from wonderful stay. The family is already pining to to be back in Mauna Lani Terrace. Condo has amazing view, close to beach, spacious layout, great kitchen, etc.. Just perfect. Truly can't wait to visit again.

    Gorgeous, well appointed condo in an ideal location, both for beach access and unlimited sunset views! We ended up staying in most evenings. Well stocked, meal preparations were easy. Our manager and the people at Elite Pacific were very responsive, but we didn't need to contact them for much. Our entire experience was pretty seamless. Would come back without hesitation.

    My husband, our 3 daughters, and I visited the property at the end of June. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed, which was very appreciated. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. We regularly used the pool and communal grills, which were spotless. Snorkeling off the beach at the beach club was amazing! We also made use of umbrellas and beach toys that were provided for guests’ to enjoy. We have stayed in many VRBOs, and this one topped them all.

    Amazing view! On the one hand, being close to the Auberge has its perks (morning coffee), but the late night wedding party’s can get old. Fortunately there were only 2 during our 15 days. The unit is well appointed for staying home and cooking. If you are a person who requires lots of A/C, the top unit’s master bed room has a design flaw that causes it to be 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not a big deal for us, but worth noting. Would gladly return.

    Wow! This condo has everything you could ask for in a Hawaii destination. The location is truly one-of-a-kind, located right on the ocean next to the delightful Mauna Lani hotel and historic Hawaiian fish ponds. Every room has a stunning ocean view, and we had loads of space for our family of three. The kitchen is well-stocked with brand new appliances and lots of pots, pans, utensils. Don't want to cook? Walk one minute and enjoying the dining options at the Mauna Lani hotel. World-class snorkeling and an excellent full-service dive operator are just steps away too. Truly a vacation in paradise!

    This particular unit is stunning. Honestly, the pictures online do not fully capture the spectacular views. We spent 5 nights and 6 days here with 6 adults. The art and decor is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything a cook could ask for, beach chairs and umbrella brand new. The location from the beach and pool perfect. You can tell the owners take care to ensure their guests are well taken care of. This third floor penthouse comes with everything you could possibly ask for. This three bedroom was immaculately clean and lovely. The property managers were responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

    We stayed at the Mauna Lani Terrace Unit A3 for 14 days in early February. The unit was beautifully appointed. Recently renovated with top of the line furnishings. Very tastefully decorated. Top floor with abundant sunlight and great views. The building is right next to the Mauna Lani Auberge Resort so very convenient to stroll over for a meal or drink, or to the nearby beach. Can’t image a better place to stay on the Big Island!

    We felt so lucky to arrive and find this condo, location, property, adjacent resort, amenities, overall location and access were wonderful and perfect for us.
    Having never been to the big island, it was not easy to choose a location and property.
    This property was a real treat, incredible views, indoor outdoor living, very clean and beautifully appointed.

    Having the resort so close for music, great food, drinks, desserts, a clever market/deli/coffee/ice cream shop and friendly service was better than we had imagined.

    A beautiful, winding path to through the lagoons lead to such a fun beach with cabanas and incredible snorkeling.

    Nikki, Gerald and Ellis were all a pleasure to work with as well.

    Not intended to be a complaint, but informational: The primary suite did not have AC vents and could get quite warm and not ideal for sleeping or getting dressed to go out. There were fans that were helpful and we quickly began to mitigate heat coming in during the day. Since we were just two, we found it more comfortable to sleep in one of the other bedrooms with AC and a conventional mattress, rather than memory foam in the master bed.

    Overall, an incredible property. We'd love to return!
