Important Resort Notices

Please note that Hualalai Resort periodically hosts special events that may affect access to certain resort amenities:

• The annual Chairman's Club Event is scheduled from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to resort amenities may be limited and is managed solely by Hualalai Resort.
• Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, which may result in temporary modifications to resort operations and guest access.
• The IRONMAN World Championship is scheduled for October 10, 2026. Guests should anticipate road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala Coast regions during race week.

Resort Access Fees

Daily resort access is optional and available for a minimum of two consecutive days. All members of the household must participate if access is elected. Fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort, which reserves the right to modify rates and policies without notice.
