Important Resort Information

Please note that access to Hualalai Resort amenities requires the purchase of optional Daily Resort Guest Passes, which are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are not included in the rental rate. Resort access requires a minimum purchase of two consecutive days, and all registered guests within the reservation must participate. Resort fees, policies, and amenity availability are managed exclusively by Hualalai Resort and remain subject to change without notice.

Guests staying during the annual Chairman's Club Event (November 30 through December 5, 2026), the Mitsubishi Electric Championship each January, or the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 should anticipate temporary changes to resort access, road closures, or increased traffic throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. Additionally, the Beach Tree Pool will be temporarily closed from September 8 through November 15 for planned enhancements. During this period, Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open, and guests with Resort access may continue to enjoy Hualalai's seven additional swimming facilities.
