Seasonal Resort Notices

• Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at Hualalai Resort from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to certain resort amenities may be limited. Resort access and availability are managed exclusively by Hualalai Resort and may change at any time.
• Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, which may result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort facilities and amenities.
• Additionally, during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), significant road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala regions. Guests are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.

Resort Access Fees

Guests may choose to participate in the Hualalai Resort Access Program for a minimum of two consecutive days. Participation is required for the entire household and fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort. Resort fees are separate from the rental rate and are subject to change without notice.
