Resort Reservations & Access Policies

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.

Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.

Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027

The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament is scheduled at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited during the event. Restrictions are determined by the resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact Hualālai Resort directly for the latest details.

Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15

The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close temporarily for repairs and enhancements during this period. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests who have purchased the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy the resort’s seven other swimming facilities. Guests may also visit the shoreline with their own beach chair from the villa.
