Hualālai Resort access and daily fees

Access to Hualālai Resort amenities is optional and subject to applicable daily resort fees, which are paid directly to the resort after booking and are not included in the rental rate. Guests who elect to purchase resort access must follow the resort's participation and reservation policies. Resort access, facilities, and amenities are managed exclusively by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion.

Resort Reservations & Access Policies

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.

Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.

 Scheduled resort events and facility updates

• Chairman's Club Event: November 30–December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited during the event.
• Mitsubishi Golf Tournament: January 16–24, 2027. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited during the tournament.
• Beach Tree Pool closure: September 8–November 15, for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased resort amenities package may continue to enjoy the resort's seven other swimming facilities. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chair from the villa.
