Important Resort Notices

Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to certain resort amenities and facilities may be limited. Access policies are managed solely by Hualalai Resort and may change without notice.

Additionally, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship each January. Temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities may occur during the tournament period.

Travel Advisory

Guests visiting during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 should anticipate significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala regions, particularly on race day, October 10, 2026. Travel times may be extended and alternate routes may be required. Advance planning is recommended.

Resort Access Fees

Guests wishing to access Hualalai Resort amenities may participate in the Resort Access Program. Fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are not included in the rental rate.
