• Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event will result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.

• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualalai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualalai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualalai's seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

• Important Community Notice – Daytime Construction (Jan 4 – Feb 15, 2027): Please be advised that HOA spalling repair work will be active in the community. Guests staying between January 4 and February 15, 2027 may experience periodic daytime construction noise and machinery noise during standard work hours. Nightly rates for this period have been discounted to account for this inconvenience.
