The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, offering a welcoming setting for family gatherings, leisurely meals, and evenings spent enjoying the villa’s beautiful golf course and ocean views. Recently upgraded interiors, lighting, and flooring contribute to the home's fresh, modern ambiance, while central air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

Additional conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a dedicated laundry room, providing everything needed for a comfortable extended stay.

Resort Reservations & Access Policies

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.

Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.

Important Resort & Community Notices

Chairman’s Club Event | November 30 – December 5, 2026

The annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to resort facilities and amenities will be limited during this period. Access is managed entirely by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion. Please contact the resort directly for current details.

Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027

The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to resort facilities and amenities will be limited, with arrangements determined by the resort. Guests are encouraged to contact Hualālai Resort directly for the latest information.

Community Construction | January 4 – February 15, 2027

Homeowners’ association spalling repair work is scheduled within the community during this period. Guests may experience intermittent daytime construction and machinery noise during standard working hours. Nightly rates have been discounted to account for this anticipated inconvenience.

Beach Tree Pool Closure

The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close temporarily from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. The shoreline may also be enjoyed with personal beach chairs, subject to applicable beach access rules. Please verify the dates and arrangements with the resort before arrival.

IRONMAN World Championship | October 9, 2027

Extensive road closures throughout Kona and the Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes during the IRONMAN event. Alternative routes and traffic diversions may be implemented. Guests traveling on this date should allow additional time for transportation and plan accordingly.
