Resort Access, Fees & Important Information

Access to Hualālai Resort amenities is optional and is not included in the rental rate. Guests who wish to participate must arrange and pay for resort access directly through the resort, subject to its current policies and availability.

The following published fee schedule applies to the specified 2027–2028 dates. Rates and policies should be reconfirmed directly with Hualālai Resort before arrival.

Resort Access & Reservation Policies

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise-lounge policies will not apply, as specified by the resort.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
• Rental guests are offered a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without interruption.

Chairman’s Club Event | November 30–December 5, 2026

The annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited. Access is managed entirely by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests should contact the resort directly for current information.

Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027

The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai. Access to the resort and amenities will be limited during the event. Guests should contact the resort directly for details regarding access and any related restrictions.

IRONMAN Race | October 9, 2027

The annual IRONMAN race may result in extensive road closures and traffic diversions throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. Alternative routes may be designated to accommodate the event. Guests are encouraged to plan airport transfers, excursions, and other driving arrangements accordingly.

Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15

The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai is scheduled to close temporarily for repairs and enhancements during this period. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests who have purchased a Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure, subject to availability and resort policies. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline using their own beach chair from the villa.

Please reconfirm all event dates, facility closures, and access arrangements directly with Hualālai Resort, as resort operations and restrictions may change.
