Important Resort Notices

Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to certain resort facilities and amenities may be limited. Access policies are managed exclusively by Hualalai Resort and may change without notice. Guests are encouraged to contact the Resort directly for the latest information.

Additionally, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship each January. Temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities may occur during the tournament period.

Travel Advisory

Guests visiting during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 should anticipate significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala regions, particularly on race day, October 10, 2026. Detours and traffic control measures will be in place, and travel times may be extended. Advance planning is strongly recommended.

Guests wishing to access Hualalai Resort amenities may participate in the Resort Access Program. Daily fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are not included in the rental rate.

    Our family has stayed in this villa 5+ times as it is our favorite place for a family vacation. The Villa has all the amenities of a well appointed home and is spotless! Our family is able to have the luxury of being in a beautiful home but also able to thoroughly enjoy resort amenities of the wonderful Four Season's Hualalai property. The Villa is a short walk or quick golf cart ride from the Hualalai Four Seasons and all it has to offer. We especially appreciate the state of the art workout facilities and beach front dining of the nearby Four Season's property. I would highly recommend this Villa and all it has to offer as a 5 Star family vacation destination.

    The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys a comfort and luxury while enjoying the sun and sand. It's close to town, the airport and the best beaches on the island. The property is impeccably clean and well maintained. It is spacious and offers all the amenities you'd want or need to make guests feel relaxed and well taken care of. The spa/fitness at the resort is hands down the best facility I've ever been to. I can highly recommend this villa, it's really a terrific place to spend your time on the Big Island.

    The villa is spacious, beautifully appointed with a tranquil vibe. Large window doors open to the outside which encompasses the 2nd floor with ocean views and a great place to either enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well done and nicely sized. The villa has two inviting family rooms which creates plenty of space for a family or multiple couples to either hang out or enjoy their own privacy. Both the amenities of the villa and those of the Four Season Hualalai are unsurpassed! It is always our favorite vacation spot where we can connect and recharge and we return every year.
