• Wave Bedroom

The Wave Bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Its understated contemporary styling and comfortable layout create a welcoming retreat after a day of island exploration.

• Palm Bedroom

The Palm Bedroom offers a king bed, with the option to configure the room with two twin beds upon request. Garden views and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower provide a comfortable and versatile accommodation for additional guests.

Guests may purchase access to Hualālai Resort's world-class amenities, subject to applicable resort fees and policies. Available facilities and experiences include:

Resort Access & Important Guest Information

Access to Hualālai Resort amenities is optional and is not included in the villa rental rate. Guests who wish to use eligible resort facilities must purchase resort access directly through Hualālai Resort. Daily fees are charged per person and vary by season. Resort access, reservations, and amenity availability are managed exclusively by the resort and are subject to change.

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, booking-window and chaise-lounge policies do not apply.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests are available on designated lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.

Rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without interruption.

Important Resort Notices

Annual Chairman's Club Event: November 30–December 5, 2026. The event at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai may result in limited access to the resort and amenities.

Mitsubishi Golf Tournament: January 16–24, 2027. Resort access and amenity availability may be limited during the tournament.

Beach Tree Pool Closure: The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased resort amenities package may use Hualālai's seven other swimming facilities during the closure. The shoreline may also be enjoyed with a personal beach chair provided from the villa.

All resort operations, access restrictions, and amenity availability are determined by Hualālai Resort and may change at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to contact the resort directly for the latest information before arrival.
