Known for its championship golf, pristine beaches, exceptional dining, and world-class recreational facilities, Hualālai offers a distinctive resort lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty.

The community features an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship Golf Course, Hualālai Golf Hale, Hualālai Sports Club and Spa, Hualālai Tennis Club, ocean activity programs, five resort pools, beachfront chaise lounges, the Kaʻupulehu Cultural Center, and Kids For All Seasons. Hualālai Resort Access

Registered guests may purchase Daily Resort Guest passes to access eligible Hualālai Resort amenities during their authorized access dates. Resort access is optional, subject to availability and resort policies, and the applicable fees are paid directly to Hualālai Resort. These fees are not included in the villa rental rate.

Depending on the season and applicable policies, resort access may include Club Concierge services, the Sports Club and Spa, championship golf facilities, tennis, resort pools and beach services, eligible restaurants, Hale Nalu Ocean Activity Center, Kids For All Seasons, and the resort-wide charge account. Canoe Club and Keolu are excluded from the restaurant access offering described by the resort.

Resort access policies vary by season. During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date. During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations. Chaise lounge availability during Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons is subject to resort direction, with lounges for residential and rental guests provided on designated lawns and beaches.

Rental guests are generally provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days without interruption. Please confirm current access requirements, reservation procedures, and fees with your reservation consultant, as resort policies and pricing may change without notice.

Important Resort Notices

Annual Chairman’s Club Event: November 30–December 5, 2026. Resort access and amenities may be limited during this event.

Mitsubishi Golf Tournament: January 16–24, 2027. Access to resort facilities and amenities may be limited during the tournament.

Beach Tree Pool Closure: The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled for temporary closure from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with an eligible Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort’s other swimming facilities, subject to current availability and access policies. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chairs.
