Access to Hualalai Resort amenities is optional and requires payment of daily resort fees directly to the resort. These fees are separate from the rental rate and are subject to change without notice. Resort access is coordinated directly with the Hualalai Resort team after booking.

Resort Reservations & Access Policies

• During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
• During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
• During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
• During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.

Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.

Chairman’s Club Event | November 30–December 5, 2026

The annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from Monday, November 30, through Saturday, December 5, 2026. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited. All access decisions are managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Please contact the resort directly for further details.

Mitsubishi Golf Tournament | January 16–24, 2027

The annual Mitsubishi Golf Tournament will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from January 16 through January 24, 2027. Access to the resort and its amenities will be limited during this period. Restrictions are managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion.

Beach Tree Pool Closure | September 8–November 15

The Beach Tree Pool at Hualalai is scheduled to close temporarily from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests who purchase access to the Hualalai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy the resort’s seven other swimming facilities. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline with their own beach chairs brought from the villa.

IRONMAN Race | October 9, 2027

The IRONMAN Race is scheduled for October 9, 2027. Extensive road closures in the Kona and Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes. Alternative routes and traffic diversions may be implemented, so guests are encouraged to plan airport transfers and island excursions accordingly.
