Wai‘ulu Villa 115D features three beautifully appointed bedroom suites, each thoughtfully designed to provide privacy, comfort, and restful island living.

The luxurious primary suite serves as a private retreat featuring a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, motorized blackout blinds, and direct lanai access. The spacious spa-inspired ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, creating a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The second guest suite offers a king-size bed and tranquil views of the tropical gardens. An ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower provides comfort and privacy for guests.

The third suite features two twin beds that may be converted into a king upon request, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. Garden views and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination complete the space.

Important Resort Notices

Please note that the annual Chairman’s Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to select resort amenities may be limited. Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change without notice.

The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship will take place at Hualalai Resort from January 22–24, 2026. During this event, access to certain resort amenities may be modified. Access remains under the management of Hualalai Resort and may be adjusted at their discretion.

Resort Access Fees

Guests who wish to access Hualalai Resort amenities may participate in the Resort Access Program. Resort fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are not included in the villa rental rate.

Through January 3, 2026, resort access fees range from approximately $75 to $230 per person, per day, plus applicable taxes depending on the season.

Beginning January 4, 2026, the following daily rates apply:

Shoulder Season

• Adults: $77 per person, per day
• Keiki (5–13): $38 per person, per day
• Keiki (4 and under): Complimentary

Peak Season

• Adults: $118 per person, per day
• Keiki (5–13): $59 per person, per day

Peak of Peak Season

• Adults: $175 per person, per day
• Keiki (5–13): $87 per person, per day

Festive Season
(December 20, 2026 – January 3, 2027)

• Adults: $237 per person, per day
• Keiki (5–13): $118 per person, per day

Participation requires a minimum of two consecutive days and all members of the household must participate. Resort fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort, which operates independently from the property management company and reserves the right to modify rates, policies, and access requirements without notice. Following booking confirmation, the Resort team will contact guests directly to coordinate access.

Resort Spa Enhancement Notice

The Hualalai Resort Spa will undergo enhancements to its outdoor aqua-thermal areas from September 15 through mid-November 2025. During this time, massage and body treatments will be temporarily relocated to the Makaloa Villa. Access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pools will remain available, with temporary facilities provided nearby.
