The main living areas open effortlessly to the ocean, creating an inviting setting for both social time and quiet moments. Two separate oceanview living rooms provide ample seating and flexibility, each oriented toward the sea and wrap-around lanai. Sliding glass doors frame the coastline and invite indoor and outdoor living to flow together naturally. A dedicated media room offers an air-conditioned retreat for movie nights or afternoon breaks from the sun. The dining area seats eight comfortably beside large windows, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for casual meals.

Recently renovated, the kitchen is well equipped for entertaining at scale. Stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, wine refrigerator, and granite countertops combine form and function. Location

Dolphin Manor’s location offers both privacy and exceptional convenience. Walk to downtown Kona’s restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and seaside venues, as well as the nearby sands of Honl’s Beach. A short drive brings you to renowned snorkeling at Kahalu‘u Beach Park, Keauhou Harbor, local farmers markets, championship golf courses, and the cultural landmark Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park.

Good to Know

The living room, dining room, and kitchen do not feature air conditioning. Large sliding nano-style doors open fully to allow ocean breezes to naturally cool these spaces. Electric vehicle charging is not available on property.
